Born and raised in Tokyo, I'm friends with most people who have a good sense of taste. Former UBS Warburg securities trader, former sales director at popIn Aladdin, former/current rap musician (No. 1 on the iTunes HipHop chart), and current CEO of Matenro&Co. Inc.
Story
Matenro&Co. Inc. is a company by artists, for artists. Matenro&Co. was established to provide an environment where artists can fully dedicate themselves to their creative work. I, L-VOKAL, personally struggled to find an environment where I could focus on my artistic pursuits in my younger days. Balancing multiple jobs while creating music eventually led me to a situation where I had to distance myself from music. Now, in my renewed dedication to creative production, I hope to create an environment where artists can focus on their craft, inviting other artists to join me in this endeavor.
We want to share the unique appeal of Japan from my unique perspective with travelers from around the globe. This passion led me to establish a tour company alongside my entertainment label. As artists, we hope to introduce both the visible and hidden sides of this country. We eagerly await your participation in Matenro Tours and your support for Matenro Entertainments.
